Joe has been in the commercial roofing industry since 1982. Joe spent most of his career with membrane and insulation manufacturers, managing technical service departments and resolving warranty claims. While at Johns Manville, he was a primary presenter for the industry-acclaimed BURSI program which is the acronym of Better Understanding of Roof Systems Institute. Joe holds the Registered Roof Consultant and Registered Roof Observer professional designation from IIBEC, the Construction Documents Technologist designation from the Construction Specifications Institute, and the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation’s Roofing Contractor Qualifying Party designation. Joe is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio.
