Mike Kossman – Business Development Manager & Consultant
Mike Kossman leads business development at Grayco, focused on serving the needs of building owners and stakeholders. Mike provides thorough evaluations of roofing conditions, both pre- and post-loss, ensuring clients receive detailed insights through diligent reporting. Before joining Grayco, Mike built more than a decade of hands-on construction, roofing, and restoration experience - including leadership roles at BluSky Restoration Contractors and ownership of his own roofing and restoration firms in the St. Louis area. He also served as a volunteer firefighter with the Wright City Fire Protection District.
