Steven is a nationally known, respected expert in roofing consultation who provides forensic investigations, systems expertise, expert witness and testimony, and roofing consultations. A diverse client base values Steven’s comprehensive knowledge of roof inspections, surveys, analysis, testing, troubleshooting and roof designs. Steven has provided design and specification development for new and existing commercial, industrial, institutional and high-end residential construction projects including historical restoration, slate, clay/concrete tile and copper roofing projects.
Steven is a graduate of Washington University of St. Louis’s School of Architecture. With more than 40 years’ experience in the roofing industry, Steven offers knowledge of all aspects of roofing — working on the front lines of some of our country’s most catastrophic weather events. He also provides first-response forensic analysis and redesign of large complex commercial and industrial roof systems. Steven has performed Lead/Foreman/Superintendent duties for large roofing contractors, as well as an owner operator, to install commercial, industrial, and historical roof systems.
